Good Times in Phoenix!
Now it's that happy time to reminensce about all the great times in Phoenix!
Living with friends is great because its constant access to someone to hang out with! Yes! Kristine and Phillip share our sense of dark fun, mischief making, and childlikeness. Hurrah! So we had fun times, but I know we were all sad about missing everyone back home, lack of funds, etc.
I lived in Phoenix from the beginning in May until Nov. 06th. I returned for a long weekend at Thanksgiving and then came back three weekends in December, including New Years. January I was in Boston training. February I came back for a long weekend and the Renaissance Faire. Jeremy returned in March and I came back in April.
Jeremy lived in Phoenix from the beginning until after Thanksgiving.
Kristine and Phillip lived there the whole time. So we were seperated for weeks on end in the winter. This was very sad, but I think it helped us all make up our minds better about what we wanted and I was glad to get the chance to have a real job. Probably my first and last.
THANKS KRISTINE AND PHILLIP for being our awesome friends!
This is what we did for the most fun!
Free Comic Book Day! The Swimming Pool and Park with our water fall with DUCKS! Video Store (tons of anime, horror, and sci-fi, including TV on DVD!) Dollar Movie Theatre! The Library with sweet, sweet DSL! Trips to free museums, an art opening (we pigged out on free food), organic grocery stores, window shopping at Barnes and Noble, etc. We visited a lake and went hiking in the mountains. The Ghost Town was also cool. Road trip to LA . . Hollywood!
Thank you God we got to go to the Grand Canyon and Sedona!! Oh and twice we visited the sumptous Renaissance Faire!
I think we all did the best to make the most of a sad situation out there.
